Getting Started!

Welcome to the new PlentyOfFish Ad Server! This new system was developed by PlentyOfFish as a way of allowing our advertisers more flexibility and control over their campaigns.

Create, upload and optimize at your convenience!

Click on the big green “Create Campaign” button at the top.

Name your new campaign accordingly to avoid any confusion and fill out all the information.

Targeting can make or break your campaign!! Decide what your advertising goals are and who will respond the best to your banners! Try to target only the people and locations that are relevant for your business or products.

You can edit your campaign at any time by clicking on “Edit” beside the name of your campaign or the pencil (pencil) icon on the right side of the campaign line. This will allow you to edit your daily spending, targeting, name and end date.

You can pause your campaign by checking the box to the left of the campaign name, and hitting the pause (pause) option, or clicking on the pause button, located on the far right in the campaign line.

You may resume a campaign that you have paused at any time, by checking the box to the left of the campaign name, and hitting the resume (resume) option, or clicking on the resume button, located on the far right in the campaign line.

The PlentyOfFish Ad Server is capable of handling images of the following size:

Note: The system will make an effort to resize images to fit the 110x80px size; this could result in distorted images on your ads. It is therefore advisable that you only upload images that meet the 110x80px size requirement. IAB banners must be exactly the size required or else you’ll experience an error. Banners have a maximum 50kb file size. Images must be uploaded in one the following formats: Gif, Jpeg, Png.

Note: the system will reject images that do not comply to the formats mentioned above, and your ads may show broken image links. It is therefore advisable that you only upload images of type that are listed above.

All creatives need to be submitted with a landing page. Once creatives are submitted, they will be sent to be reviewed. The creative and landing page will either be approved or denied by an Advertising Representative (“Ad Rep”). If denied, an explanation will be provided to help you better design your ads in the future.

For more information on creatives and landing pages, please check here: Advertising Guidelines.

All ads and landing pages are submitted for review by an Ad Rep.

Ad Reps are available 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday (PT) for creative and landing page review. Your submitted items should be reviewed within 24 hours of submission.
